It’s a solid build with walnut veneer over hardwood. No makers mark, but very high quality, similar to Drexel Declaration. I’ve professionally refinished it to bring the grain back to life and it’s now ready for another few decades of use. There’s a small mark on the base (shown in photos) but it doesn’t distract from the overall feel or function. New glides on the legs will keep your floors happy too.
